This policy covers contractorsystem.ca. The site is run by 774738 N.B. Ltd., a company in New Brunswick, Canada, operating as ContractorSystem ("we", "us").

What we collect

When you fill in a form on our Book a call page, we collect what you type: your name, company name, email, phone number, your answers about revenue, team size, who does your office work and which software you use, and any notes or messages you add. If you arrive from one of our ads or QR codes, the form also records which campaign brought you (no personal details, just the campaign name).

When you book a time through our booking link, Google Calendar collects your name, email and the time you pick. Google's privacy policy covers that part.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare for your call and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell it or rent it, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it

• Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and receives form submissions. Its servers may be in the United States.
• Google stores our email and calendar.

These companies process the information for us, under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, and as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Send the request through the question form on our Book a call page and say it's a privacy request. Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) applies to how we handle personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
